From Training to Transformation: Equipping the Blind for Employment

The Livelihood pillar of EquiBeing Foundation focuses on bridging the gap between education and employment for individuals with visual impairment. Our goal is to create sustainable livelihood opportunities through skill development, digital access, job readiness, and social advocacy for workplace inclusion.

“Swabhimaan”, our livelihood program for visually impaired is designed to build employment pathways and challenge social perceptions about the capabilities of blind individuals. We equip participants with the skills and confidence to secure employment, start their own ventures, or thrive in inclusive workplaces.
